Class fees do not include materials unless stated 6 people minimum or class will be cancelled. ***Call or visit us for specific class sheet information or supply lists*** ++++++++++++ SUMMER CAMP ++++++++++++ THE QUILT COTTAGE - CREATIVE SUMMER CAMP ‘09 REVISED SCHEDULE-limited spaces available AGES 9 and up - GIRLS & BOYS CLASS SIZE: 6 Minimum / 8 Maximum (will fill up fast) * There are no make-up classes / refunds only if replacement student is found * Instructor – Kate Perri KNITTING AFTERNOONS-NEW 9 and up and adults welcome Tuesdays- July 14, 21, 28 3:30-5:00pm Class fee: $10.00 BEGINNERS WEEK 3 – JULY 13, 14, 15, 16 from 12:30 - 2:30PM BEGINNER: Learn the basics of cutting, pinning, hand and machine sewing and finishing. PROJECTS: Make 3 or 4 fashion + room accessories each week. ADVANCED WEEK 3 – JULY 13, 14, 15, 16 from 9 - 11AM** WEEK 4 – JULY 20, 21, 22, 23 from 12:30 - 2:30PM** WEEK 6- AUG 3,4,5,6 from 12:30-2:30pm ADVANCED: Students must have completed a few Basic Sewing Class and be comfortable using the sewing machine, iron, cutting tools, reading pattern instructions, working independently. STUDENTS MUST provide measurements (hip – waist – bust) by May 30th PROJECTS:summer top or dress from McCall Patterns ** Critter Class** make a stuffed animal REQUIRED SEWING NOTIONS include a tape measure, pins and pin cushion, seam ripper carried in a baggie, box or basket.
